Best way is to take your phone to your sim card Provider service centre. Ask them if they can set it or not. Make sure you just didn’t set your UK (02?) setting as default, if you have, no matter how you make new setting, your phone will always use 02 setting (bcause it is set as default).
if you still can’t, then you have to spent some money to unlock it.
